During the last 10 years, my wife and I have traveled with our cameras through many countries. We have encountered numerous communities, native ethnic groups, disadvantaged people and highly privileged people in various parts of the world, including Latin America, Europe and Asia. These travels have inspired me to share my stories of those I have met through images, to raise awareness of the important problems that face our world and to promote understanding and change. I have portrayed everyday life, human interest, poverty, social problems, displacement and economic development. I am drawn to people and their way of life.
Photography is the means by which I share the stories and passions that I have found, stories of people and communities, of change, of dignity in poverty, of pride in the misery of life.
